Day 2

Today wasn't the best day for my diet, so I decided to start slow.I'm going to start by cutting out soft drinks and adding at least a 10 min workout every day.

The Start Of My Journey Through Weight Loss

After two kids my body definitely doesn't look like it used to! My self esteem is horrible! So today is the day that I'm going to start taking this diet seriously and get the body I used to have back! I know it's going to be a lot of hard work and determination but I'm ready to do it. Before I got pregnant with my first child  at 5'9 I weighed 179 pounds. After I had her I weighed 210. After 1/12 I got back down to 184.Now after my 2nd child I weighed 220 after having him in January.I'm now down to 208. My goal is to get back to the 170's. I know I can do it and I'm ready to start this journey!
